I wish i could remember the entire recipe the chef at an italian
restaurant i used to work at used, i dont recall it in its entirety but
i do recall it was made with a combination of pork and beef and had
fennel seeds in it and was very good, probly my favourite of his dishes.

He served it as "Pasta Romano" in a tomato sauce.
