I've sent you (as RFC Webmaster) a couple of messages but they both bounced.

On the recfoodcooking.com site, please check "Useful Links - Other Stuff".
The link to apples and their uses has been changed by Betty Crocker to a
more general page. "Charts and References" looks like a good link. What do
you think?

Sorry Dora. Your emails didn't make it through our spam filters
We had a look at the logs and it appears that somebody in your IP range
has gotten themselves onto a spam list, so the whole range is 'blocked'
at the moment.

I agree. I have changed the link accordingly - thanks very much for
