Hey Dave,
I've got a beautiful beef brisket packer cut headed for the WSM. Got
a favorite rub or recipe to share?

Someone's gonna be eating real good. Here's a rub that I like:

1/2 cup Kosher salt
1/4 cup Course ground black pepper
1/4 cup Chili Powder
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Granulated garlic
2 tablespoon Granulated onion
1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1/4 tablespoon Lemon peel
1 tablespoon Sage
2 tablespoon Paprika
