Default Tons of pizza now!!!!!!!!!

Hello everibody! I have bought a "Pizza Express" for my boyfriend: it is my
gift for him (altough I know veeeryy well I 'll have to cook )
BTW look here. Perhaps you know this object well, for the one who doesn't
know it I can tell that this little oven can cook pizzas in 5 minutes (like
the ones you eat in pizza restaurants); can cook also cakes and tartes...and
they says also bread and salted cakes.I will try and my boyfriend will be
very pleased to taste DDDDDDDD.
Here is some pics of the objects:

inviting.

You need to resist the temptation to fill up any and all flat surfaces
in your living space with knick knacks.

And your opinion means what exactly? Maybe these "knick-knacks" are
things she's collected, or treasured?

Hello Pandora,

I ahve been seeing such ovens around shops during the last 6 months, mostly
in Turkish and Moroccan shops. Wondered if they were a new invention, as I
had never sen them before. The prices ragned from about 15-30 Euros, I
believe.

I got curious, but I couldn't figure out why people would need them. But the
5 minute cooking time sounds great. It is meant for thin, crsipy crusts?
Have you ever eaten something out of such an oven?

Thank you my dear Wayne. I have thinking about you when I bought this Pizza
express. I Am also studying a pizza recipe like you and me like: crispy but
soft in the same moment
Today I have prepared my pizza dough using a new recipe. This recipe says I
must keep the dough in the fridge all the night..and it requires only 1 gram
of fresh yeast .
I will tell you tomorrow if it works.

Hello Jke, my dear. Yes Many people , here in Italy are buying this pizza
express, because it is faboulous. It has a stone inside!
So, instead putting a stone inside your oven , you use it, and it is hot in
few minutes! Pizza comes out very well because the dough is near the
resistance.
I have payed it about 59 euros . See this link, many friends of mine has
bought it here and they are satisfied:

A stone! That's great. Since yours was so much more expensive, I think maybe
the cheaper ones might not have a stone. I'll keep my eyes open for these
ovens and read the box to see whether they do.

Of course they would. Just keep them within this thread! Or place a
piece of fruit somewhere in the pic! Also, seeing that pizza maker
got me very hungry for a pizza. While I love fresh pizza, I always try
and keep either (or both) Tombstone or DiGIORNO frozen pizzas handy as
I love both. However, I have none and have a cold, so I don't want to
go out. Probably will have to have one delivered!

Anyway, I hope your boyfriend (and you) make good use of your
thoughtful gift!

Merry Christmas!

That looks like a pretty neat gadget. And the fact that *people in
Italy* are buying them says good things, I would think, since the
Italian marketplace is not exactly starved for gadgets.

Why resist the temptation if that is what she likes? To each their own.

I'll be interested in hearing how the new pizza machine works out. I think
you will like the new dough recipe. Long fermentation under refrigeration
allows the dough to develop more flavor.

that sort of rising will make a good bread, so it stands to reason it
will make a good pizza dough.

Good Luck

You din't ask me, but I'll tell you anyway. They are little things
you'd put on a table or shelf just because you like them....
collectables, memorabilia etc. Non-collectors call thim "dust
collectors".

Knickknack according to mw: a small trivial article usually intended
for ornament.
