I'm getting an induction cooktop.

Anyone know of/recommend some NonStick Stainless Steel cookware?
Hopefully at a reasonable price.

I have a couple of Sitram SS frying pans that have a non-stick coating,
and they're great. Very responsive, like all the Sitram stuff I've
used, and the coating seems much more durable than your average Teflon
coating.

The ones I have were very cheap (less than $20 each) for the quality,
but I just happened to find them at a "Home Goods" store that sells
overstocks, odd lots, remaindered items and the like. I have a feeling
that they'd be quite a bit more at regular retail, but don't know for
sure.

I don't think Sitram offers non-stick in every pot or pan style they
make, nor, afaik, does any other "quality" manufacturer (at least by my
definition of cookware quality).

I have a bunch of Emerilware (made and guaranteed by All-Clad) plain
ol' stainless, and so far it is pretty much non-stick, without a
special coating. I love it.
