For supper tonight I had 4 Jumbo fried eggs (deep fried in bacon grease), a
half a pound of bacon and one bolita of chorizo with 2 pieces of low carb
bread toasted with *gobs* of butter on them.

I eat this way every day and lose weight.

The good Dr. Atkins wasn't making this shit up.

Let the arguments pour in. My blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol is
normal and I feel ****ing great.

Doctors don't condone it. When you're diagnosed with diabetes, they put you
on a low fat, high carb diet. They're about 180 degrees off of what would
actually cure the disease.

Here's an idea...Instead of arguing with me and/or flaming me, read the
book. Read it with an open mind. Doctors are the worst ones in the world
to trust your health to. After all, they want you to keep coming back to
them rather than actually fixing yourself. (basic economics)
