Default An Unusual Spice Collection Christmas Gift Sets

I stumbled across this and think I'll give a couple of these sets a try:

Dave,

Those are some pricey spices. $7.00 a jar!? Too bad they didn't showcase
the recipe ideas to make picking spices easier.

Bookmarked it anyway.

Thanks,

Andy

They do seem awfully expensive. On the other hand, I've been wanting to
try cooking with the spices in the African collection and haven't seen
them sold anywhere else. These could be a great price. For all I know,
other sources are more expensive.

WAY OVERPRICED!!!

And they are charging double for shipping... as littls as that spice
weighs they should ship for free... and it's still a ripoff.

I absolutely agree. I was mainly interested in the spice collections
themselves rather than the store. I'll bet they could be found cheaper
elsewhere.

Penseys has lovely spice set collections, you can even make your own.

Interesting... I would have expected the Thai collection to have
ground lemongrass in it though, rather then three different curry
powders! (if you can get it, ground lemongrass is the way to go - it
doesn't get stuck in your teeth!)
