I bought this Turkey meal deal, ready to eat thing.
I am heating the Turkey now, following the instruction that says 10 mins at 325 per pound. But there is no weight info on the Turkey except that I am aware that it is for 10 people. Instruction said to check with thermometer until the thickest part of it reaches 160 but I didn't pick one up yesterday. So, I need to figure out how much a Turkey for 10 people weight so that I can time it? Any idea? I have never done handling of any big meal before. I am doing it for my visiting brother. |
