Thanks for this link and those recipes on curry sound very good. I
like the idea of topping leftover potato/tomato curry with fried egg
on toast for breakfast. I know many younger Japanese would love this
too.

I just made curry lastnight so this recipe will have to wait for next
time, but I'll definitely try that one.
