I scored some King crab legs for $10 a pound yesterday at Costco. I'm going
to do them on the grill and have a pilaf with onions, mushrooms, green onions and a bit of parsley for a side. What about a veggie? I have Brussels sprouts and I was thinking of roasting them. But I also have sweet potatoes, zucchini, winter squash, green and red peppers, cauliflower and beets. What say you? Given what I have, what would be a good veggie? Janet |
