Default Proposed rfc dinner meetup Brisbane Australia

Peter Lucas and I are planning a dinner at a local Thai restaurant one
Friday night in the next month. Anyone out there who would like to
join this Queensland meet up? LadyJane? Ok, you guys, Stateside, get
off your butts and fly over<g>.

Cheers
Bronnie

Only 14 hours by plane? I just heard some comedian talking about
that flight, he said, then I get there and they don't even have the
decency to speak a different language! (smile)

ROFLMAO!!!

14 hours from Los Angeles.

I was watching the vido monitor on the seatback that showed the plane
oriented over the planet. After a few hours in flight I finally declared
"WE'RE NOT MOVING!"

(laugh!) I wish they'd get on the stick and invent that
transporter. We'd be anywhere in seconds.

nancy,

I've wished for that too, but the border control/customs issues!!!

Truth be told, I'd love to live in Sedona, Arizona, USA and work in Rome,
Italy, dine in France for dinner, etc., etc. <grin>

The housing market would never be the same.

Sounds great! Peter mentioned it yesterday - schedules for the three of
us permitting of course.
I'll be out of commission between 25 to 31 October, then from 15
November to Christmas.
So, if you plan to meet anytime between 31 October & 15 November would
love to join in!
Partners included? Just let me know. Daytimes aren't a problem for me -
work from home.

Would be great to meet other rfcers.... local, interstate or abroad if
you're around!

Keep me posted and thanks for the invitation Bronnie.
