Coming from you, Sheldon, that's a real compliment!

For those who asked, it is titled "Cinnamon Swirl Apple Challah. (an
egg bread, not quite a brioche)

My grandmother's recipe is similar, but instead of apples, she puts in
raisins and pecans, and covers the bottom of the pan with butter and
brown sugar.
