F'heaven's sake, don't you know how useless and confusing it can be
when you post here and say, "It's on right now!". ???? Tell us *where* you are--what *time zone" you are in. We can figure out the rest of it from that. There are at least 4 time zones in the U.S. It always amazes me that so many people don't recognize this. Grumpily yours, Nancree |

We don't recognize there are time zones? Look it up in your tv guide or online. If I'm in the earlier time zone (foodtv only uses 2), you have time to find out when it's on. If I'm in the later time zone, you probably missed it, so it doesn't matter. Turn on the tv, that's the first step. If it isn't on, you need to look further. It's like an IQ test. nancy |

We don't recognize there are time zones? Simmer down, Nancy. She has a valid point.. I saw the show, thanks to your heads up and Nigella will *not* be appointment television for me in the future. |

So if I can tell when give or take 5 minutes a message is seen I just need to figure if I get that network feed, if I want to see stuff. Nigellia btw has never left Canadian Foodtv. |

I know all that. The point is, when I first heard that Nigella was on, it was already 15 minutes past the hour. There are a number of ways to get a full TV schedule on the computer. But those take time. I would have liked better info so I could have clicked right on it--or plan to watch it an hour or two later (depending on time zone) , or discover that I had already missed it (so I wouldn't waste time looking for it.) > further. > It's like an IQ test. > > nancy |

The fact that there are other time zones in kindergarten information. The point is---where is she located that she is watching at this moment? If I know that, I can handle the rest myself. How in hell did this get so complicated, when my question was so simple?? "Nancy", the other poster, has "a burr under her saddle" about me, I don't know why, but I have noticed it before. She can twist almost anything I say. I usually avoid her. She is so cute and cheerful when she talks to men. Never mind. I can handle it. Nancree |

This stuff drives me nuts. I have satellite, but most people watching FoodTV have cable. I don't know what the heck the web site is doing. I think that Alaska and Hawaii have satellite access. God only knows what and when they see shows. > "Nancy", the other poster, has "a burr under her saddle" about me, I > don't know why, but I have noticed it before. Maybe you could adopt a male newsgroups persona? :-) [not a serious suggestion] -- Dan Abel Petaluma, California, USA |

Because you jumped on me about it. You didn't ask a question, you busted my chops about not doing your work for you. I said Nigella is on. One can just turn on the tv to see if that's not true where they live. > "Nancy", I can only wonder why you'd put my name in quotes. > the other poster, has "a burr under her saddle" about me, I > don't know why, but I have noticed it before.
