what?

There is no shame in that.

I am roasting a chicken, without benefit of a cup of sugar or a marinade.

I put it in a 450-degree oven for 15 minutes, then turn it down to 375 and
bake for 20 minutes a pound.

There will be homemade gravy and white and wild rice.

Blackeyed peas and broc with a sprinkle of cheddar.

Wish you could come for dinner.

You could bring the biscuits.

I have some butter and molasses.

mmmm :)

Hey Jezebel! You trying to proselyte me? HMMM?

wild rice you say... interesting

tell me more about the roasted chicken, does it have garlic?

oh hell, you're probably using fake butter, and only a sprinkle of
cheddar?
can you like actually taste the cheddar?

I like fresh chopped onions on top of fresh cooked beans

Nope! I crush rosemary and put it in the body cavity.

I fold the wings under and tuck them and truss the legs
with a twisted piece of foil. (to keep them from overcooking
before the rest of the bird is done, you tie them close to the
body.)

You know .. I really LIKE Country Crock Churn Style.

Better than butter.

But you may bring your own butter. BYOB, baby!

you mean up it's bazooka?

wanna hear something grosser than gross

a local outfit grilled a mess of chickens at the local park. they were
feeding the community
(whoever wanted to come)

anyway... they sat each whole chicken on an open can of beer
you've probably heard of that... just stuff it up in him.. it helps
hold him up
and I guess steams the inside with beer flavor...

eeeenyay...

after the thing was all over, the clean up crew had set all them beers
over near the dumpsters but did not toss them in...

later that evening.. drunks came by and started drinking those beers..
they got sick as dogs and had to goto the emergency room...
bluuuurraaaatttt!

the beers had raw blood and chicken spooge down in there...
sip sip.. nibble sip.. nibble sip.. swallow.. sip nibble..
blurrrraaattt!

My gravy sucked. I added too much flour. You could spackle with

oh really? how? when you first put the chicken on the open can of beer
it's drip drip drip.. when it gets hot it's drip drip drip

it's not like the beer boils so as to kill the goims

it was on the news here, the morning news (not this morning, but back
when the slurpers got sick as dogs)

maybe you should just pour some whole milk into the paste and warm it
slowly gradually adding more heat.. stir as often as needed to thin it
out

I dumped it, the base was chicken fat, ewwww!

I made chicken rice soup of the rest of the chicken.

Three ribs celery, four big carrots, couple cups rice,
and bits of chicken. Mmmm.

Tastes nothing like butter.

So, if I'm hearing you right, you're saying, you don't care for it?

lol

As for it being "like grease" it is mostly water, whereas butter
is 100% grease.

At any rate, it is not good for us. Full of transfats.

I like real butter better than water butter
bigbadbarry bought some butter, but the water butter was too bitter so
bigbadbarry bought some better butter,. this butter is not bitter he
said...

toasted some blueberry bagels and slapped some of the better butter on
the bagels

uh whaaat? :/=

I do like the canola mixes, it's real butter with canola oil, so creamy
and tasty

I also like to get a frying pan hot.. put a pat of butter in there..
then cook a couple of scrambled eggs.. a little salt and peppa... damn
it's good as shit

I like real butter too. But, I really like CC to cook eggs in, and on
muffins
and such. It's just lighter... or something. It's NOT good on toast because
the water in it makes it soggy.

Very bad chemicals put in it to thicken it. They are linked to major
heart disease. I need to give up the CC.

I cannot go near Canola since I deep fried in it and it tasted verrry
yucky.

Truly. But, this is what I like CC for! To me, the flavor is very buttery
but fresher, lighter. I like it on boiled potatoes and rice, too. But I am
glad you don't eat it. It's BAD for you.
