I've never had this. Don't think I would like it because of the chicken but
I do like chili. Angela OTOH doesn't like chili but does like chicken.
Then again she has never had the white chicken chili. But all of the
recipes I see for it call for white beans. Has anyone tried making it with
no beans? Or more chicken and half the amount of beans?

I suggested to her that she try canned chili that was all meat but since it
was beef she wasn't interested. My MIL made chili that way and I thought it
was good but I prefer mine to have beans.
