![]() I'm new to this stuff. I think I'm eating the right stuff and portion control is the key for me now. Breakfast has been plain oatmeal with some raisins for years. I've started to buy the 1.5oz individual packs for portion control and am trying to figure out how much damage that does to an otherwise proper diet. One package is 129 cal and 25g sugar. According to this website 1.5oz of raisins is 20% of my target "Estimated Glycimic Load". (I haven't really figured out egl yet but most of what I eat has really low numbers.) http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...-juices/2050/2 Comments? -- Al Dykes News is something someone wants to suppress, everything else is advertising. - Lord Northcliffe, publisher of the Daily Mail |
