hi Al
well, think of raisins as 'concentrated sugar from grapes'
i'm most carb sensitive in the mornings and cannot keep my 1 hour PP
reading at a level i want to be at unless i have a protein/fat/carb
breakfast......... soft boiled egg on flax seed toast is one of my
favourite breakfasts
not sure this helps, but if you test post meal you will learn what your
body can cope with, we are all different!
good luck
