Default Another easy recipe from the old days

This came from Sac.Tiger in 2003. I like this

Peanut Butter Chicken & Broccoli

1 chicken breast
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 TBS peanut oil or olive oil
2 TBS natural peanut butter
1 tsp Mongolian Fire Oil
1 tsp dried minced onion
garlic powder to taste

Cook chicken breast in preferred way (she wrapped in foil and baked at 375
for twenty minutes or so. Cut into small pieces. Mix oil, peanut butter,
fire oil, onion, and garlic powder in bowl. Heat peanut sauce, broccoli, and
chicken over med. heat until hot all the way through (just a few minutes).
Sauce will become think and paste like.
