I have this posted on our refrigerator door, to give shopping hints to my
wife and daughter. Not everything may work for you. Adjust your portions to
your lifestyle and meter.

Bell peppers - (no thanks)
Bitter melon (Yeah, baby ! ! !)

Black soybeans (?)

broccoli - (NO thanks!)

Cantaloupe (1/2 cup max.)
cauliflower - (NO thanks!)
celery
Chile peppers - (any kind!!!)
Cilantro
Collard greens (Yeah, baby!)
Cranberries (not too many)

eggplant (Yeah, baby ! ! !)

Garlic - (did I say Yeah, baby ! ! !)

I tried that once and I don't know how people eat it. It was sooo hot!

Good idea, Nicky. I should also add pennywort, which I like in salads.
Probably many others, but I just tried to hit the main ones.
