Default Nutrisystem D

Just saw an ad on TV for this. Specifically for diabetics. Now I am not
considering it. I do know people who used the regular Nutrisystem and just
couldn't make it till the end of their weightloss. They got sick of the
diet and the expense and gave up. Then regained the weight and then some.
One of those people is now a diabetic. I am just wondering what's in the
food. The regular stuff is all loaded with soy and chemicals. And they ask
you to take their supplements as well. I'm going to look it up and see if
they tell what is in the food and what the meals are like.

Just as I expected, every single food is loaded with soy and there is milk
and wheat in stuff that doesn't need it. Also probably too high in carbs
for a lot of people here, although as meals go, not really carby.

I once did nutrisystem regular for a while. ALL their food is loaded with
preservatives and junk. It's all about portion control of course. It
can be done by oneself, but few of us have the time or the patience or the
inclination to plan that carefully. I know I don't.
