Cabbage Mush is where it's at!

That's what I'm eating! The ultimate fast food for low carbers.

Basic Chicken Stock, with pepper & Thyme.
And slat if you can handle that.

Throw in some cabbage and broccoli. let it cool
a bit, then grind it up in the blender with some
very soft tofu.

Cabbage mush, there you go. Great for breakfast.

Reminds me of a low-carb version of something I had in Amsterdam in '74.
I think it was called hutzpot or the like. It was essentially mashed
root veggies and was really good. I was a tourist and stopped into a
restaurant where it looked like there were a lot of middle-aged
housewives having lunch. I ordered the special (I think), which was
boiled beef and hutzpot. Excellent lunch!

Your recipe could be quite good.
