Hypo and food
Last night, I felt sweaty, shaky and lousy. Checked my BG. 59. Had a dozen
Town House crackers, then Jun got home, pan fried me 1/2 a potato and 1/4 pound of steak, charred blood rare. One hour PP BG 115. Took a nap. Tonight BG 77. Had 1/2 cup of spaghetti with chicken cacciatore, meatballs and grated parmesan. 1/2 cup of blueberries for dessert. One hour PP BG 113. -- Nick, KI6VAV. Hypo and food
if your eating that much carbs your probably taxing your insulin receptors.
i know as a type two i can eat somthing carby like say a piece of cake and it wont effect my ng much then my insulin response kicks in big time and im flooded with it so i crash really low...then my liver dumps and i go high hten low then high over and over the roller coaster. to avoid that i simple avoid the carbs that would start it.
