Default latest adition to the hfcs list..

my wife and i read labels and try to eat as little junk as possible because
of the obvious health reasons and we find real food tastes better..lol

they keep putting HFCS in every dang thing and the latest is mayo and
miricle whip type sandwhich spreads..

we could only find one mayo which i use that was just real mayo..eggs and
oil and salt..rest were wierd stuff and corn syrup..yuk.

the list of stuff we can buy without hfcs shrinks ever faster...i have to
check labels even on foods i woulnt dream it would be in because eventually
they sneak it in.

wouldnt shock me to see mustard with it or black peeper and have them label
it as a "flavor enhancer"..lol
