FBG 91. Had 1/4 cup of Rigatoni pasta with a garlic and olive oil dressing
(forgot the grated Parmesan) and one Glutino Gluten Free Vanilla wafer, Chalay Yisrael (5 gms of carbs). One hour PP BG 120. Two hour 110. -- Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families! I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War. They are all my heroes! I love pasta (it doesn't love me though) very hot with butter, garlic and
