Cream of broccoli soup

Apologies for no measurements: I don't measure when cooking. This is very low carb: Ingredients: Chicken stock broccoli florets finely chopped cream cheese chopped green onion dried onion flakes Grated cheddar cheese or Parmesan Directions: Cooked chopped broccoli, green onion and dried onion flakes in chicken stock at low to medium heat until fibers are soft. Stir in cream cheese to desired creamy consistancy. Melts easily. Use stick blender to smooth out texture if desired. Top with cheddar or Parmesan and serve. |
