Default kewl new food I discovered

It's a jar of bruschetta, but not the regular kind, rather it is
"artichoke asiago bruschetta topping."

I don't know if it'll be available everywhere as the jar I bought was
Wegman's brand and they are a grocery chain that only exists in a few
states. However, if there's a Wegman's near you, it's worth a trip just
for this stuff, it is *that* good.

I haven't figured out much to do with it yet, I just eat it as a spread
on a Wasa cracker. A 2 tsp serving has 2g carb. It is *awesome*.

I like to bake chicken with salsa on top. I get this would be good on
top of chicken, too.

Lay some on one half of an omelet before you fold, Mozareela cheese over it
before folding would be good too. If you can get low carb bread or tortillas
it would be nice brushed on them after toasting..

All the Wegmans store brand stuff actually says Wegmans on it.

But I presume most of their products are made by the same companies that
make other generic and storebrand products, so this might be available
elsewhere as well.

It's *really* yummy stuff!
