Is anyone was using this cookware? Was just wondering how this finish holds up
compared to the stainless line. It's the one with the high shine charcoal
surface, and the stainless interior. It's just gorgeous, and heavier even than
All-Clad, although I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I have a credit
with Kitchenaid, and would like to get their larger saute pan, when I need
something larger than my AC 3 quart.

I have a few pieces. The finish seems to hold up well, though I admit
that I am being careful with it. In particular, I managed to cook on
some oil on the exterior of a nonstick fry pan, and have not yet been
able to get it all off using gentle tactics.

General feedback - heavier than All-Clad, cooks very evenly, handles are
nice, but the price (even compared to All-Clad, which at least you can
buy as nice seconds) is far too high.
