Default knife sharpening

Anyone know of anywhere in the leeds area where you can get
professional kitchen knives sharpened? I have a very nice set of
Global knives but they are almost unusable now.

Global make a very good sharpener designed for their knives and readily
available here in the UK. If you go to their web site, it should tell
you where you can get hold of it.
