Another accessory I highly recommend is the sink top switch. It is a
push button that mounts in one of the sink holes and turns the
disposal on and off with a puff of air from the plunger in the push
button. It is far more logical and much safer than a wall switch. I've
had it in two kitchens now. If I ever build a third it'll be there,
too.
