Can I just use my blender when it says food processor? What is the difference really?

Capacity, blade size, ability. Blender may be ok for some small jobs,
but falls far short on many others.

I can knead bread dough in my food processor. I can't crush ice in it.

I could make pancake batter in either.
Some things work in both. Most things probably don't.
