Default Confused about prices for Macys

I received a catalog for Macys kitchen sale the other day. It said
prices good thru August 16th. It had a Euro-Pro toaster for like 19.99
special with regular price $60, sale 39.99 ,so i drive over to my
local Macys store. I went straight to where it was selling it and it
says 39.99. I asked the sales lady and she doesn't know where i got
that 19.99 price. I told her from the catalog but she doesn't seem to
believe me. Unfortunately, i didn't bring the cat with me. I called
the Macys 800 number, but business hours are M-F only. BTW, the Macys
website has the price at $60. So you have 3 different prices. What is
going on here?

p.s: if i bring the catalog and show the sales lady, will she have to
honor the 19.99 price for that toaster?
