My favourite chocolate is galaxy but what is your favourite chocolate?

I've never heard of Galaxy as a bean-to-bar chocolate maker.

In general, Pralus is the best, and Domori a very close second. I don't
think I'm unduly biased, since as an American I'm not particularly fond of
the French these days (Pralus is a French company).

The most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted is Lindt, it is a Swiss Chocolate.

I have a severe weakness to Guylian chocolates! Also love a bit of
norwiegan, marabou! yummy!!
