Ginsey and I made a short visit with the owner of Peoria Custom Cookers(PCC)
on Sat. They do fine work on the cookers. All of the welds were fantastic. Bill Cusack, the owner, is very knowledgeable and understanding. Ginsey was coming down with something and was very grumpy. He took it in stride and tried to calm her down with me. From this first meeting he wants to build the best custom smoker he can for each customer. His shop is setup for quality and customization. We are even going to co-design a trailer unit for me that does everything that I want. I will keep everyone informs as development progresses. We did take a few pictures but not as many as I wanted to due to Ginsey feeling under the weather.
