Default Help...cooking for 100

The Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC), North Central Region is having a
retirement party next month and yours truly has been asked to provide
the Q. There will be approx. 100 people.
Help!!!
I'm trying to locate a rental smoker big enough...preferably gas fired.
(you listening, Big Jim?) I'm trying to google one up, but so far the
closest one was in N.J.
Any help locating one would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bubba
