Default Thanks To All!!

Thanks for all the advice, help, and encouragement I've received here
over the last several months! Tonight I smoked a rack of pork
spareribs, two chickens- cut into their respective pieces, and a pound
of salmon in my CharGriller Super-Pro. We had a friend over for dinner
who loves chicken any way he can get it, and does not like salmon. He
said that both the chicken and the ribs were the best he's ever had-
he's no young chicken, pun intended- and he absolutely loved the
salmon! I used Cowboy lump- not my choice, but Wal-Mart no longer
stocks Royal Oak for the winter- and some apple wood from the trees in
the back yard that my neighbor is cutting down. Everything came out
better than I ever would have imagined possible, before starting this
smoking endeavor back towards the end of May! Thanks again to all of
you!

Does he *really* want to be called 'fixture'?
(I have a porcelain fixture in the john...)

Yeah, well, you prolly don't, but since we're all jerks at times, you
should fit right in. Ginny is to be admired for putting up with you for so
long and I hope for much longer. Congratulations to both of you!
