Everyone knows the price of beef is up, but I still had sticker shock
buying a brisket today. $3.63/lb. at WalMart. They had a total of one
to choose from

Brisket flats were $7.63.

Stop & Shop butt was 3.49 today Wal Mart 3.03. Loins that were 1.89
recently are now 2.49.

They had CAB Briskets and pork bellies on for 2.99 at Restaurant Depot along with Eye of Round for 2.65. Was a welcome relief from Albertsons. Obummer is dedicating 40% of our total corn crop to make some crazy non drinkable version of Ethanol which is specially formulated to ruin our cars much quicker than gasoline and make folks have to buy Obummer Motor Cars quicker than normal. Yall should get a life or shut the hell up.
