quick bbq. this will be insulting to purists probably.

had some unexpected guests and this worked pretty well
and was cheap.

5 lb picnic on sale 1$ pound [ok that was lucky]
shredded cabbage mix 1$ bag
honey dijon salad dressing 2$
wheat buns 3$
pepper jack cheese 4$

already had bbq sauce, blk pepper, hot sauce, thyme, cayenne,
salt, garlic powder, paprika.

use pressure cooker 1 hour, shred with latex gloves, [waay hot]
add sauce, shake slaw with a little dressing in big ziploc bag
nuke one side bun/shred/cheese & top with slaw and
blammo! 15+ sandwiches and lots cheaper than buying
at local bbq. especially since they were closed at 2 am.

beer is extra. i think this would work also with
a large hen as well.

Not an insult at all as long as you and yours understand this has
nothing to do with barbecue.

Using tomato sauce with sugar and liquid smoke doesn't make stewed
meat barbecue.

Barbecuing does.

1st, you cross posted this. That kinda ****es me off. 2nd, you are off
topic. What you went on about is not BBQ. But you knew that already
didn't you?

So...IMHO, you are troll at least, an idiot at best.

Cheers!
