Default Beef ribs

I cooked beef ribs yesterday on my WSM. I rubbed them with EVOO,
Montreal steak spice and ancho powder. They cooked for just under 4
hours with indirect heat and no smoke other than that which came off
the Maple Leaf lump charcoal. The ribs were fantastic, moist, tender
and delicious. Afterwards I moved the TV out to the deck and enjoyed
game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals. pics on ABF

Earlier in the day we walked the neighbourhood yard sale for breast
cancer research. I picked up a WSM in good shape for $40. I don't need
a second one but I could not resist.
