Default WSM Arrived! :-) And a question.

I got it together and I'm gonna do a trial empty burn tomorrow with
lump after installing two thermometers in it. I can't believe that
they don't have any in it.

I found a model that will go through 3/8" holes that I'm going to
drill and then screw a nut on them to hold 'em in. I'm going to put
one at each rack level.

I also got a Taylor single probe remote. Hopefully it'll hold up. I
was thinkin' on drilling another hole in the side of the middle
section to put the probe and wire through but I'm at a loss of what
I'd use to put into the hole so that the wire wouldn't frey.
Any ideas on that?
