Well, my ET-73 arrived direct from the factory in New Jersey this
afternoon. Didn't have time to fire up my WSM to give it a proper test, so I set up the propane (shame!) grill to do some chicken breasts around 315 degrees -- everything seemed to work well with the ET-73. No problems with the distance and I look forward to giving a real test on some pork butts when we get back from vacation. I'm just so happy it arrived I had to share! :-) |

Mine is useless beyond 20 to 25 feet. -- Al Reid How will I know when I get there... If I don't know where I'm going? |

Try changing the batteries. It made a big difference for me.
