Default KF the trolls

If we all were conscientious about adding the trolls to our kill
filter lists, they would slowly die off and go away.

Funny, even veggie huggers are made of meat! Wonder if they taste
like chicken.

Unfortunately, that's not true. The trolls morph, meaning they change their
names, making it impossible to killfile them. Best to ignore them.
