There's more cows fed and slaughtered in SW Kansas thatn anywhere else in the country. That'd be the towns of Dodge Ctiy, Garden City and Liberal. My Costco in Fresno sells cryovac beef from National Beef, which is located in Liberal KS, my hometown (the beef plant ruined the town I might add). Ok, someone go to the Beef Council or USDA or something and prove me wrong....................... Spud |
