Default Food Safety... shipping frozen ribs?

Did up 6 racks of Baby Backs on Sunday(last week)... three half racks still
wrapped and in the fridge until Wed. Shrink wrapped one half rack and put
in freezer on Wed. Was planning to ship to a buddy in GA.

I just want to make sure they're safe to ship? Also, how should I package?
I'll be shipping overnight for a morning delivery.

Or, should I wait to do more, and shrink-wrap and freeze immediately? While
still warm?

Thanks!

Ship them frozen solid and wrapped well; when they were frozen won't
matter as long as they were in good condition. Use an old Ohmaha
Steaks cooler, if you have one, and a decent freezer pack to keep
things on the up and up.
By the way, your friend moved. Email me, and I'll give you his new
address.

Almost forgot. Your friend likes bourbon too. You should surprise
him.
