Default Souffle dish size question

Hi,
I have a recipe I copied from a TV show (Alton Brown-Good Eats)
in which he calls for a #7 souffle dish.

None of the stores I have checked with sell one that is sized by the
numbers. They all state the diameter.

Can anyone tell me the H"xW" of a #7 Souffle dish?

Thanks
