What kind (brand) of flour for Focaccia bread?
I'm attempting my first Focaccia bread. I have Red Mill all purpose
flour that I use for most things, however, is there something more appropriate? I'm not using a bread machine. Thanks. |

I use Kroger Brand All purpose flour
