Default Breadman TR2200c: problem with loose paddle

Can anyone help with this? We've only used it 4 or 5 times, and the
paddle just slides off way too easily. We're having to babysit it,
because the paddle keeps coming off while making dough. The last loaf
we baked, we found the paddle somewhere in the middle of the loaf.
