Malasadas


fryer with 1-2 quart of oil.
4 slice of bread
1/2 c. surgar
1 egg slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 t. lemon extract
2. c. bisquick


comine rhe egg milk and extract, mix well. add the bisquick to mix
and
mix until smooth. cut 4 slices of bread into nine pieces. Drop the
pieces into the batter then fry for 2 minutes or until gold brown.
roll while hot in 1/2 of surgar.
