Does it look like this? http://www.rain-tree.com/bitmelon.htm and this.. http://www.agric.nsw.gov.au/Hort/Fmr...veg/bitter.htm Well eating that vegetable is an acquired taste and it goes well if added to many Asian dishes. I usually just cut it into desired sizes and cook it as it is...with whatever acccompaniments are desired.... meat,other vegetables, etc. I am used to its bitterness anyway... Roy |
