I only have one of the early Moosewood cookbooks, but since Moosewood
is also a restaurant, there's quite a variety of cookbooks and
recipes. Mollie Katzen is/was associated with the restaurant and many
of the books. I got a little discouraged the last time I looked into
my old book ("Enchanted Broccoli Forest") because the receipes seemed
to contain a lot of fat -- cheese, etc. However, I note that one of
the newer cookbooks is "Moosewood Restaurant Low-Fat Favorites".

There are 2 books from the Greens restaurant -- "The Greens Cookbook"
and "Fields of Greens" -- with pretty classy recipes.
