I think that most of the companies who make coffee with chicory do a
horrible job. Cafe Du Monde (CDM) is the only one I think has a decent
taste. Given my druthers I drink plain dark roast coffee, black and strong.
I don't mind the CDM coffee I get when I go for beignets.
